No, music files are not preloaded. You personalize all nine records yourself with your favorite songs. The included step-by-step guide shows you how, in about 5 minutes, with no technical skills.
How do the records work?
Each miniature record has an NFC tag inside. The player recognizes which record you set on it and automatically starts the song you assigned to that record.
How do I add my own music?
Connect the player to your computer with the included USB cable, transfer your own music files to the player, then assign one song to each mini record by following the tutorial. It takes about 5 minutes and no technical skills. The songs are stored in the player, not on the records.
How does it stick to my fridge?
The player has built-in magnets, so it holds itself on a compatible magnetic surface such as a fridge door. No screws, no hooks, no drilling. It also stands on its own on a shelf, mantel or desk.
