Free Worldwide Shipping

Every Jolly Vinyls order ships free, to every country we deliver to, with no minimum purchase.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after your payment is confirmed.

Delivery time

Estimated shipping transit is 8–10 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by destination, customs processing and the peak holiday season. Please order early for Christmas delivery.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear.

Jolly Vinyls Delivery Protection

Every order is covered by our Delivery Protection. If your order arrives damaged, or is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, contact us within 14 days of delivery (or of the estimated delivery date for a lost parcel) with your order number and, for damage, a photo of the item and its packaging. After a quick verification, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate. This protection comes on top of your legal rights and of our Refund policy.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes applied by your country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully. Contact us right after ordering if you need to correct it; we cannot change an address once the parcel has shipped.
